Keith Johnson, the owner of Keith's Treats and Eats Inc. has been in business in the wellness and fitness industry for over 15 years operating as Health First Wellness and Fitness Center. But clients would often ask and look for ways to indulge while dieting and exercising. Thus, the sweet potato bread recipe was born. After all, we all like to treat ourselves from time to time. While this treat is full of "sweet" there are also other benefits to the sweet potato such as antioxidants and beta carotene. The sweet potato is known as a "super food" and because of its great nutritional value we decided to develop it as a treat.

Keith Johnson has an exatraordinary passion for cooking and his creative cooking style has yielded spectacular recipes and delicious products.  Cooking as Keith says, "is an art."  Check out our great tasting products such as Snackers (SM)—a variety of mini energy bars, Sweet Potato Pies and Sweet Potato Oatmeal Cookies. Admittedly, some snacks, more healthier than others. Balance is key. So enjoy and indulge. It is not what you eat but how much and how often you eat it.
